Our policy is 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the reception of your order, unfortunetely we cannot give you a refund or an exchange.
To be able to get a return, your item need to be unused and in the same condition you received it. It also needs to be in its original packaging.
To make a return, you need to present a receipt or a proof of purchase.
Please do not send back your purchase at the manufacturer.
There is certain situations where only one partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
*All item that is not in its original state, that is damaged or presents certain missing parts for reasons that our not due to an error on our part.
*All item who is return more than 10 days after the delivery.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the photo of the item to be returned, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. It will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a reasonable period of time. Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items cleared (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it fot the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item to be exchanged.
To return a product, you must wait for our approval. To request an exchange, contact email@example.com.
